Use your reindeer skin on the terrace or cool places in the house. This skin is organically tanned, wich means that it does not loose hair.
Avoid putting the skin on heated floors or in front of the fireplace.
You can extend the life of your reindeer skin, by putting it outside, every now and then, when it is really cold (not wet).
If there is snow, you can advantageously lay the fur down against the snow for an hour or so.
